Profiles can omit numbered domains. The project starter supplies PROJECT-CONTEXT.md, memory.md, handoff.md, DECISIONS.md and Architecture-Decision-Record.md. The supplied memory/handoff templates may need access and review metadata before use.

Get-KOSProjectContext.ps1 is not shipped in Pro 1.1.0. Use the documented manifest interface instead. Keep installer-owned files and sibling transaction records intact.
Project record responsibilities
Keep approved durable facts in memory, current execution state in the handoff, and unresolved proposals clearly labeled. See context and approval before changing review status or activation.
